Is there a fee or deadline to transfer my contract to a new owner?

Yes, transfers must follow the terms outlined in your agreement. Here's what you need to know:

• The transfer fee is listed under the “Transfer” section of your contract.

• Payment must be sent as a check, money order, or cashier’s check payable to Prosidium Warranty & Capital, LLC.

• The transfer must be requested within 30 days of the vehicle’s sale or trade.

Requests made after 30 days may still be reviewed but are not guaranteed for approval.
