What do I need to provide my mechanic to file a claim?

Only licensed mechanics from repair shops or your dealership can initiate a claim. Your mechanic will need your Prosidium Warranty & Capital contract number and VIN for us to initiate your claim. We will be continuously in touch with your mechanic for your repairs and reach out to you directly if we have any additional questions.
